Why HangTime Lake City?

Simple. The best caves are on all sides and a short drive away.  You’re close to training agencies and some of the best cave diving shops that North Florida has to offer.  With the depths of some caves, decompression is required at the end of a lovely dive. Spend it in comfort, and get out of the flow.

The living and classroom areas of HangTime are 2014 square feet of finished interior, with a two car garage dedicated to gear, with divers and equipment in mind.

What’s in the garage?  Only what you need. Two rolling hanger racks, a large charging table, repair bench with light and power, and two tables with room for at least six rebreathers to be worked on at the same time if need be.  Tank rack support for more than 40 large and small bottles, with five 3L steel rebreather bottles for your usage, 6 Aluminum 40 CFT tanks, and 6 Aluminum 80 CFT tanks, all DIN.

Inside, you will find an oversized instructor bedroom with huge bathroom with walk in shower and garden tub.  The kitchen has new appliances and is fully stocked for the most discerning of chefs, you add the ingredients for a great meal.  A dining nook and hallway open into a large living area with all new furniture. Two bedrooms sit to the rear of the house, and hold two twin beds, a fullsize day bed, and twin trundle.  The second full bath has a walk in shower with plenty of room.

There is a utility room with sink, and state of the art washing and drying machines for your usage.  Please, no dive gear in the house! When you see the size of the garage area, you will realize there is no need, plus we have hoses outside and plenty of room and sunlight.

HangTime Lake City is a non-smoking environment indoors.  We want all guests and students to enjoy the best we have to offer.  Blazing fast wifi, TVs in every room, ethernet classroom wiring, laser printer, shredder, and Comcast Xfinity are waiting to make your stay feel like home.  All utilities are included, even a screened in back porch if the amenities are too much for you to take!
